Dark Lord Chuckles the Silly Piggy (better known as Chuckles the silly piggy or simply Chuckles) is a small pig with a high-pitched voice who wears a cape. For this reason, characters often see him as cute. Chuckles' main plots are usually to take over the Land of Udrogoth or to destroy Dave the barbarian, his main rival. His main weapon is the Mystic Amulet of Hogswineboar - which provides him many magical powers.

Chuckles often became a laughing stock occasional at the Organization which labeled him amongmost of the weakest villain members, but out of pure luck, he able to stand his own ground, for short time abit.
